Dr. David Joyner
Dr. David Joyner is a registered professional engineer and principal engineer of the Trinity Group, previously located in San Antonio and relocated to New Braunfels, Texas.
The corporation serves many of the largest markets in the state of Texaswith professional engineering and real estate services as well as commercial building construction. Dr. Joyner has over 19 years experience in the engineering and construction industry and has maintained an engineering and development practice since 1993.
Between 1987 and 1993, Dr Joyner held the position of Vice President for Land Development for a Real Estate Developer in Central Florida. He has been involved in the development of over twenty single family and multi use real estate tracts in Florida and Texas.

Mr. Bob Rone
Bob Rone has 5 years experience as a licensed Real Estate Inspector and Insurance Property Casualty Adjuster.
He is very knowledgeable in construction techniques and processes.
Mr. Rone has received training from Houston Community College Home Inspection Program, Dearborn/Leonard’s Texas Property Casualty and LCS Basic Property Claims Adjusting Seminar. Mr. Rone handles our West, Central, and North Houston Inspections.
Mr. Bill Fossier
William “Bill” Fossier has ten years of experienced home inspector. He is licensed Home and Disaster Inspector and is also a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
Mr. Fossier graduated from Ball High in Galveston, Texas and completed a BBA from the University of Houston. Since 2000, Mr. Fossier has expanded his knowledge in home inspections with courses concerning the Family Dwelling Code, Environmental Issues, Roofing, Plumbing, and Electrical to mention a few.
Mr. Fossier conducts inspections in the Galveston, South Houston Metro area, and other Coastal Areas.
Ms Anita M. Kegley
Over the past three decades, Anita Kegley has established her expertise & leadership in the construction industry.
As founder of KEGLEY Inc. she has made major contributions in the medical, educational, hospitality, and governmental commercial construction industries
Ms. Kegly contributes leadership and technical expertise to any construction project, whatever the scope and budget.
Mr. Bill Shadwick
Bill Shadwick considerable experience working in areas of manufacturing, project management, manufacturing engineering, construction, industrial sales, maintenance, and management.
Mr. Shadwick has a BS degree in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University, a Certificate in Information Technology from Furman University, and a Master Project Manager certificate from Villanova University.
He is a former Project Management Professional, and E.I.T. State of Alabama and did major capital equipment projects with 3M for 19 years
